§3601. Definitions
As of today
7 U.S.C. § 3601
For purposes of this chapter—
The term “Agreement” means the International Sugar Agreement, 1977, signed at New York City on December 9, 1977.
The term “sugar” has the same meaning as is given to such term in paragraph (12) of Article 2 of the Agreement.
The term “entry” means entry, or withdrawal from warehouse, for consumption in the customs territory of the United States.
