40 U.S.C. § 14307

(a)
In General.— The Appalachian Regional Commission shall conduct at least one meeting each year with the Federal Cochairman and at least a majority of the state members present.
(b)
Additional Meetings by Electronic Means.— The Commission may conduct additional meetings by electronic means as the Commission considers advisable, including meetings to decide matters requiring an affirmative vote.
