§541f. Disbursement of moneys
As of today
30 U.S.C. § 541f
All moneys received under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into the Treasury of the United States and distributed in the same manner as provided in section 191 of this title and sections 437, 438, and 4391 of title 48.
