§204l. Application of Federal Power Act

As of today
16 U.S.C. § 204l
The provisions of the Federal Power Act [16 U.S.C. 791a et seq.], shall not apply to any lands added to the Lassen Volcanic National Park under the authority of section 204k of this title.
