Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the National Park Service relating to “Glen Canyon National Recreation Area: Motor Vehicles”.

That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the National Park Service of the Department of the Interior relating to “Glen Canyon National Recreation Area: Motor Vehicles” (90 Fed. Reg. 2621), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
