# §7450. Suspension or termination


The [Secretary](/usc/7/7442.md?p=17) shall, whenever the [Secretary](/usc/7/7442.md?p=17) finds that an [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) or a provision of an [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) obstructs or does not tend to effectuate the declared policy of this subchapter, suspend or terminate the operation of the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) or provision. The suspension or termination of an [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) shall not be considered an [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) within the meaning of this subchapter.
