# §7425. Authorization of appropriations

- (a) **In general—** There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this subchapter.
- (b) **Limitation on expenditures for administrative expenses—** [Funds](/usc/7/4531.md?p=5) appropriated to carry out this subchapter may not be expended for the payment of expenses incurred by a [board](/usc/7/1502.md?p=b-4) to administer an [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10).
