# §7311. Establishment


There is established a [commission](/usc/7/1a.md?p=8) to be known as the “[Commission](/usc/7/1a.md?p=8) on 21st Century Production Agriculture” (in this subchapter referred to as the “[Commission](/usc/7/1a.md?p=8)”).
