# §614. Separability


If any provision of this chapter is declared unconstitutional, or the applicability thereof to any [person](/usc/7/608a.md?p=9), circumstance, or [commodity](/usc/7/1a.md?p=9) is held invalid the validity of the remainder of this chapter and the applicability thereof to other [persons](/usc/7/608a.md?p=9), circumstances, or [commodities](/usc/7/1a.md?p=9) shall not be affected thereby.
