# §6111. Authorization of appropriations

- (a) **In general—** There are authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year such sums as are necessary to carry out this chapter.
- (b) **Administrative expenses—** The [funds](/usc/7/4531.md?p=5) so appropriated shall not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the [Council](/usc/7/3402.md?p=i) in administering any provision of an [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) issued under this chapter.
