# §6110. Suspension or termination of orders


The [Secretary](/usc/7/6102.md?p=14) shall, whenever the [Secretary](/usc/7/6102.md?p=14) finds that the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) or any provision of the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) obstructs or does not tend to effectuate the declared policy of this chapter, terminate or suspend the operation of such [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) or provision. The termination or suspension of any [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10), or any provision thereof, shall not be considered an [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) under the meaning of this chapter.
