# §4916. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter, except that the [funds](/usc/7/4531.md?p=5) so appropriated shall not be available for the payment of any expenses or expenditures of the [Board](/usc/7/1502.md?p=b-4) in administering any provision of any plan issued under [authority](/usc/7/2009aa.md?p=1) of this chapter.
