# §4538. Additional authority

- (a) No provision of this subchapter shall be construed to preempt or supersede any other program relating to [milk](/usc/7/4531.md?p=7) or [dairy products](/usc/7/4531.md?p=3) [research](/usc/7/4531.md?p=10) organized and operated under the laws of the [United States](/usc/7/4531.md?p=12) or any [State](/usc/7/1359aa.md?p=5).
- (b) The provisions of this subchapter applicable to the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) issued under [section 4533(b) of this title](/usc/7/4533.md?p=b) shall be applicable to any amendment to the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10).
