# §4537. Termination of order, Institute, and Fund

- (a) **Termination or suspension of order—** The [Secretary](/usc/7/4531.md?p=11), whenever the [Secretary](/usc/7/4531.md?p=11) finds that the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) issued under this subchapter or any provision of such [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) obstructs or does not tend to facilitate the expansion of markets for [milk](/usc/7/4531.md?p=7) and [dairy products](/usc/7/4531.md?p=3) marketed in the [United States](/usc/7/4531.md?p=12), shall terminate or suspend the operation of the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) or such provision.
- (b) **Dissolution of Institute—** If the [Secretary](/usc/7/4531.md?p=11) terminates the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10), the [Institute](/usc/7/4531.md?p=6) shall be dissolved 180 days after the termination of the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10).
- (c) **Disposal of moneys in Fund—** If the [Institute](/usc/7/4531.md?p=6) is dissolved for any reason, the moneys remaining in the [Fund](/usc/7/4531.md?p=5) shall be disposed of as shall be agreed to by the [board](/usc/7/4531.md?p=1) and the [Secretary](/usc/7/4531.md?p=11).
