# §4535. Petition and review; enforcement; investigations


The provisions of sections [4509](/usc/7/4509.md), [4510](/usc/7/4510.md), and [4511](/usc/7/4511.md) of this title shall apply, except when inconsistent with this subchapter, to the [Institute](/usc/7/4531.md?p=6), the [board](/usc/7/4531.md?p=1), the [persons](/usc/7/4531.md?p=8) subject to the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) issued under [section 4533(b) of this title](/usc/7/4533.md?p=b), the jurisdiction of district courts of the [United States](/usc/7/4531.md?p=12), and the [authority](/usc/7/2009aa.md?p=1) of the [Secretary](/usc/7/4531.md?p=11) under this subchapter in the same manner as such sections apply with respect to subchapter I.
