# §4206. Grants, contracts, etc., authority


The [Secretary](/usc/7/4201.md?p=c-5) may carry out the purposes of this chapter, with existing facilities and [funds](/usc/7/4531.md?p=5) otherwise available, through the use of grants, [contracts](/usc/7/518.md?p=4), or such other means as the [Secretary](/usc/7/4201.md?p=c-5) deems appropriate.
