# §2326. Regulations


The Secretary may establish regulations, not inconsistent with law, for the conduct of proceedings in the [Plant](/usc/7/8901.md?p=10) [Variety](/usc/7/2401.md?p=a-10) Protection Office after consultations with the [Plant](/usc/7/8901.md?p=10) [Variety](/usc/7/2401.md?p=a-10) Protection [Board](/usc/7/1502.md?p=b-4).
