# §224. Attorney General to institute court proceedings for enforcement


The [Secretary](/usc/7/182.md?p=2) may report any violation of this chapter to the Attorney General of the [United States](/usc/7/6402.md?p=8), who shall cause appropriate proceedings to be commenced and prosecuted in the proper courts of the [United States](/usc/7/6402.md?p=8) without delay.
