# §2225b. Personal service contracts for veterinarians


On and after October 28, 1991, provisions of law prohibiting or restricting personal services [contracts](/usc/7/518.md?p=4) shall not apply to veterinarians employed by the Department to take [animal](/usc/7/8901.md?p=7) blood samples, test and vaccinate [animals](/usc/7/8901.md?p=7), and perform branding and tagging activities on a fee-for-service basis.
