# §2104. Finding and issuance of orders


After notice and opportunity for hearing as provided in [section 2103 of this title](/usc/7/2103.md), the [Secretary](/usc/7/2116.md?p=a) shall issue an [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) if he finds, and sets forth in such [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10), upon the evidence introduced at such hearing, that the issuance of such [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) and all the terms and conditions thereof will tend to effectuate the declared policy of this chapter.
