# §1749. Attaché educational program


The Administrator of the Foreign Agricultural Service shall establish a program within the Service that directs attachés of the Service who are reassigned from abroad to the [United States](/usc/7/6402.md?p=8), and other personnel of the Service, to visit and consult with [producers](/usc/7/6802.md?p=4-A-iii-III-bb) and exporters of [agricultural commodities](/usc/7/5602.md?p=1) and products and [State](/usc/7/1359aa.md?p=5) officials throughout the [United States](/usc/7/6402.md?p=8) concerning various methods to increase exports of [United States](/usc/7/6402.md?p=8) [agricultural commodities](/usc/7/5602.md?p=1) and products.
