# §1622a. Authority to assist farmers and elevator operators


The Secretary may provide technical assistance (including information on such financial assistance as may be available) to [grain](/usc/7/75.md?p=g) [producers](/usc/7/6802.md?p=4-A-iii-III-bb) and elevator operators to assist such [producers](/usc/7/6802.md?p=4-A-iii-III-bb) and operators in installing or improving [grain](/usc/7/75.md?p=g) cleaning, drying or storage equipment.
