# §10311. Impairment of voting rights of persons holding current registration


Nothing in [chapters 103 to 107](/usc/52/ch103..107.md) of this title shall be construed to deny, impair, or otherwise adversely affect the right to [vote](/usc/52/10310.md?p=c-1) of any person registered to [vote](/usc/52/10310.md?p=c-1) under the law of any State or political subdivision.
