# §8955. Information to individuals eligible to enroll

- (a) The [qualified companies](/usc/5/8951.md?p=5)[^1] at the direction and with the approval of the [Office](/usc/5/8951.md?p=4), shall make available to each individual eligible to enroll in a dental benefits plan information on [services](/usc/5/8331.md?p=12) and benefits (including maximums, limitations, and exclusions), that the [Office](/usc/5/8951.md?p=4) considers necessary to enable the individual to make an informed decision about electing coverage.
- (b) The [Office](/usc/5/8951.md?p=4) shall make available to each individual eligible to enroll in a dental benefits plan, information on [services](/usc/5/8331.md?p=12) and benefits provided by [qualified companies](/usc/5/8951.md?p=5) participating under [chapter 89](/usc/5/chptIII-sptG-ch89.md).
