# §630. Disposition by Government of proceeds of land sold


All moneys derived by the United States from the sale of [public lands](/usc/43/155.md?p=1) referred to in this chapter shall be paid into such [funds](/usc/43/1602.md?p=k) and applied as provided by law for the disposal of the proceeds from the sale of [public lands](/usc/43/155.md?p=1).
