# §7351. Submission of comprehensive review


Not later than January 15, 1982, the President shall prepare and submit to the Congress a comprehensive review of each [program](/usc/42/274l–1.md?p=4) of the Department. Each such review shall be made available to the committee or committees of the Senate and House of [Representatives](/usc/42/3058f.md?p=5) having jurisdiction with respect to the annual [authorization](/usc/42/4370m.md?p=3) of [funds](/usc/42/12854.md?p=3), pursuant to [section 7270 of this title](/usc/42/7270.md), for such [programs](/usc/42/274l–1.md?p=4) for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1982.
