# §7264. Seal of Department


The [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) shall [cause](/usc/42/9908.md?p=c-2) a seal of [office](/usc/42/3058f.md?p=1) to be made for the Department of such design as he shall approve and judicial notice shall be taken of such seal.
