# §7157. Transfers from Department of Commerce


There are transferred to, and vested in, the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) all functions of the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) of [Commerce](/usc/42/6311.md?p=7), the Department of [Commerce](/usc/42/6311.md?p=7), and officers and components of that Department, as relate to or are utilized by the [Office](/usc/42/3058f.md?p=1) of [Energy](/usc/42/6311.md?p=7) [Programs](/usc/42/274l–1.md?p=4), but limited to industrial [energy](/usc/42/6311.md?p=7) conservation [programs](/usc/42/274l–1.md?p=4).
