# §291m. State control of operations


Except as otherwise specifically provided, nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as conferring on any Federal officer or [employee](/usc/42/300gg–91.md?p=d-5) the right to exercise any supervision or control over the administration, personnel, maintenance, or operation of any [facility](/usc/42/11049.md?p=4) with respect to which any [funds](/usc/42/12854.md?p=3) have been or may be expended under this subchapter.
