# §2005f. Supervision or control of assisted hospitals


Except as otherwise specifically provided, nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as conferring on any Federal officer or [employee](/usc/42/1320a–7h.md?p=e-7) the right to exercise any supervision or control over the administration, personnel, maintenance, or operation of any [hospital](/usc/42/2005e.md?p=a), with respect to which any [funds](/usc/42/12854.md?p=3) have been or may be expended under this subchapter.
