# §2000b–2. Personal suits for relief against discrimination in public facilities


Nothing in this subchapter shall affect adversely the right of any [person](/usc/42/1320a–7k.md?p=d-4-C-i) to sue for or obtain relief in any court against discrimination in any [facility](/usc/42/11049.md?p=4) covered by this subchapter.
