# §10106. Protection of classified national security information


Nothing in this chapter shall require the [release](/usc/42/9601.md?p=22) or disclosure to any [person](/usc/42/1320a–7k.md?p=d-4-C-i) or to the [Commission](/usc/42/10101.md?p=7) of any classified national security information.
