# §8214. Limitations


The [Secretary](/usc/38/101.md?p=1) may not use the authority under this subchapter to assist in the establishment of more than eight [new](/usc/38/3565.md?p=a) medical schools. Such schools shall be located in geographically dispersed areas of the United States.
