# §70907. Exclusive right to name,[1](#fn) seals, emblems, and badges


The FFA and its authorized chapters and associations of chapters have the exclusive right to use the names “Future Farmers of America” and “National FFA Organization,”[^2] and the initials FFA as representing an agricultural education membership organization and seals, emblems, and badges the FFA adopts.
