# §12145. Reports


Not later than December 31, 1998, the Attorney General shall prepare and submit to the Committees on the Judiciary of the House and Senate an evaluation of the model [programs](/usc/34/60701.md?p=2) developed under this part and make recommendations regarding the implementation of a national crime prevention [program](/usc/34/60701.md?p=2).
