# §253. Wines for sacramental purposes


It shall not be unlawful to introduce and use wines solely for sacramental purposes, under church authority, at any place within the [Indian](/usc/25/1934.md) country or any [Indian reservation](/usc/25/2902.md?p=8), including the Pueblo [Reservations](/usc/25/2902.md?p=8) in New Mexico.
