# §9674. Applicability of certain provisions of law


Subsections (g), (l), (m), and (n) of [section 2197 of this title](/usc/22/2197.md) shall apply with respect to the [Corporation](/usc/22/7702.md?p=6) to the same extent and in the same manner as such subsections applied with respect to the Overseas Private Investment [Corporation](/usc/22/7702.md?p=6) on the day before October 5, 2018.
