# §7907. Fellowship and exchange programs


The Secretary of State, in coordination with the [Secretary](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=5) of Energy, the [Secretary](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=5) of Commerce, and the [Administrator](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=1) of the Environmental Protection Agency, shall carry out fellowship and exchange [programs](/usc/22/3383.md?p=6) under which officials from developing countries visit the [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) to acquire expertise and knowledge of best practices to reduce [greenhouse gas intensity](/usc/22/7901.md?p=3) in their countries.
