# §7429. Withholdings


[Funds](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=9) withheld from the [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) share of assessments to the United Nations or any other [international organization](/usc/22/4316.md?p=e-2) during any fiscal year pursuant to [section 7401 of this title](/usc/22/7401.md) are authorized to be transferred to the Embassy Security, Construction and Maintenance Account of the Department of State.
