# §7304. Definitions


In this chapter:

- (1) **DTS Network—** The term “DTS Network” means the worldwide telecommunications network supporting all [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) Government agencies and departments operating from diplomatic and consular [facilities](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=8) outside of the [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1).
- (2) **DTS–PO—** The term “DTS–PO” means the Diplomatic Telecommunications Service [Program](/usc/22/3383.md?p=6) [Office](/usc/22/2214a.md?p=9).
- (3) **Governance Board—** The term “Governance Board” means the Diplomatic Telecommunications Service Governance Board established under [section 7302(a)(1) of this title](/usc/22/7302.md?p=a-1).
