# §4708. J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board


The J. William Fulbright [Foreign](/usc/22/3146.md?p=1) Scholarship [Board](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=4) shall advise and assist the President in the discharge of the scholarship [program](/usc/22/3383.md?p=6) carried out pursuant to this chapter, in accordance with the guidelines set forth in [section 4704 of this title](/usc/22/4704.md). The President may provide for such additional secretarial and staff assistance for the [Board](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=4) as may be required to carry out this chapter.
