# §4507. Federal control of education prohibited


Nothing contained in this chapter may be construed to authorize any department, agency, officer, or [employee](/usc/22/4341.md?p=1) of the [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) to exercise any direction, supervision, or control over the curriculum, [program](/usc/22/3383.md?p=6) of instruction or research, administration, or personnel of any educational institution.
