# §4141b. Report to Congress


Together with the annual submission required under [section 3905(d)(2)](/usc/22/3905.md?p=d-2)[^1] of this title, the Secretary of State shall submit a report to the Congress concerning the implementation of the [program](/usc/22/3383.md?p=6) established under this subchapter. Such report accompanied by such other information as the [Secretary](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=5) considers appropriate, shall include specific information concerning the completion rates of interns in the [program](/usc/22/3383.md?p=6), interns who took the [Foreign](/usc/22/3146.md?p=1) Service examination, interns who passed the examination, former interns appointed to the [Foreign](/usc/22/3146.md?p=1) Service, assignments of former interns, and the advancement of former interns through the [Foreign](/usc/22/3146.md?p=1) Service System.[^2]
