# §3315. Authorization of appropriations


In addition to [funds](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=9) otherwise available to carry out the provisions of this chapter, there are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of State for the fiscal year 1980 such [funds](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=9) as may be necessary to carry out such provisions. Such [funds](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=9) are authorized to remain available until expended.
