# §286pp. Acceptance of amendments to Articles of Agreement of Fund approved on April 28 and May 5, 2008


The [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) Governor of the [Fund](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=9) may agree to and accept the amendments to the Articles of [Agreement](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=7) of the [Fund](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=9) as proposed in the resolutions numbered 63–2 and 63–3 of the [Board](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=4) of Governors of the [Fund](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=9) which were approved by such [Board](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=4) on April 28, 2008 and May 5, 2008, respectively.
