# §285m. Withdrawal rights covering United States Special Resources


The [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) shall have the right to withdraw all or part of the [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) Special Resources and any accrued resources derived therefrom under the procedures provided for in section 8.03 of the Special [Funds](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=9) Rules and Regulations of the Bank.
