# §285l. Letter of credit form for United States Special Resources


The [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) Special Resources will be provided to the Bank in the form of a nonnegotiable, noninterest-bearing, letter of credit which shall be payable to the Bank at par [value](/usc/22/2794.md?p=2) on demand to meet the cost of eligible goods and services, and administrative costs authorized pursuant to [section 285j(c) of this title](/usc/22/285j.md?p=c).
