# §283v. Loans to the Caribbean Development Bank


The [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) Governor of the Bank is authorized to agree to the amendments to article III, sections 1, 4, and 6(b) of the [Agreement](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=7) Establishing the Bank, as proposed by the [Board](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=4) of [Executive Directors](/usc/22/10601.md?p=5), to provide for lending to the Caribbean Development Bank.
