# §283u. Membership in the Bank for the Bahamas and Guyana


The [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) Governor of the Bank is authorized to agree to the amendments to article II, section 1(b) and article IV, section 3(b) of the [Agreement](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=7) Establishing the Bank, as proposed by the [Board](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=4) of [Executive Directors](/usc/22/10601.md?p=5), to provide for membership for the Bahamas and Guyana in the Bank at such times and in accordance with such terms as the Bank may determine.
