# §282h. Loans to or from International Bank for Reconstruction and Development; amendment to Articles of Agreement


The [United States](/usc/22/1395.md?p=a-1) Governor of the [Corporation](/usc/22/7702.md?p=6) is authorized to agree to the amendments of the articles of [agreement](/usc/22/2431a.md?p=7) of the [Corporation](/usc/22/7702.md?p=6) to remove the prohibition therein contained against the [Corporation](/usc/22/7702.md?p=6) lending to or borrowing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and to place limitations on such borrowing.
